Der Autor: Paul Ruppen, geboren 1956, studierte Politologie an der Universität Lausanne; nach einjährigen Studienaufenthalten am Polytechnic of North London und an der Universität Frankfurt am Main, wo er Soziologie und Philosophie studierte, belegte er Analytische Philosophie an der Universität Bern. 1994 veröffentlichte er seine Dissertation unter dem Titel «Construction d'un réseau de termes sociologiques sur le pouvoir».
